The system allows the online job application form and PDF file to be completely customized to the organizations’s current job application. The questions from the facility’s current application will be entered into the system’s database to create the online job application. The PDF file that the system delivers will match the current print application used by the organization.

The system will allow the staff users to post job notices and view on-line applications of those who reply. The staff member will only be able to modify his or her own postings and access his or her own application replies.

The staff user will enter the job posting that will consist of company or department information (a profile provided by the user), job title, description, salary (if appropriate), location, experience, and other search fields that will be defined.

The staff user will be able to view the application submissions through the Workflow Manager for workflow tracking purposes for those who have submitted to a job posting. The staff user will be able to search job applicants by keyword or filter by job title or the staff member who posted the listing.

Job postings will be displayed by department and then by position. The position will be a link to the full description and application instructions. The user will fill out the online application form and provide his or her current resume (optional) via a text editor feature. The system will save the application PDF file, resume submission and online application form in the database and then notify (via email) the staff member who posted the listing that an application has been completed.
